Job Overview Singer Services is a full service landscaping company looking for a project manager for our landscape construction Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop project schedules. Manage project budgets and ensure crew is adhering to the project scope. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment. Supervise project teams on-site. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and documentation for project tracking and client updates. Skills Proven ability to manage complex residential or commercial landscape construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in blueprint reading Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on construction schedule coordination and timeline optimization. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role; effective communication across diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of landscape materials including plants and grasses. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Experience managing project budgets; adept at financial oversight including cost control measures.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
