We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, communicates well, and can confidently manage restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion
  • Communicate with homeowners, insurance companies, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and subcontractor work
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and budgets
  • Review scopes of work and project documentation
  • Handle customer communication and provide regular project updates
  • Coordinate materials, labor, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate job files and documentation
  • Address and resolve project issues as they arise Qualifications
  • Previous restoration or construction project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and other property damage restoration is a plus
  • Experience with Exactimate estimating software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and project tracking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working with homeowners, insurance companies, and subcontractors
  • Proficient with computers and project management software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
