About the Role This hybrid position combines delivery, warehouse, and customer support responsibilities throughout the Salt Lake City area. You'll assist with customer visits, equipment and supplies, inventory, deliveries, and general warehouse operations. We're looking for someone dependable, professional, organized, and willing to learn. Training is provided, and no MPS experience is required. You will need to be 18 or older to be qualified. What You'll Do Provide hands-on, in-person support to Managed Print Services (MPS) customers throughout the Salt Lake City area. Clean and perform basic maintenance on office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. Assist customers with organizing and maintaining supply inventory, including toner, paper, staples, and other print-related supplies. Gather equipment information used for billing, meter reporting, inventory tracking, and service needs. Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service. Assist with warehouse operations at the corporate location as needed. Receive, organize, stock, and maintain equipment and supplies in the warehouse. Prepare equipment, supplies, and customer orders for delivery or distribution. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing equipment and inventory. Maintain accurate inventory and supply records as needed. Safely lift and move equipment, boxes, and supplies weighing 50+ lbs. Travel between the corporate office, warehouse, and customer locations as business needs require. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members. Participate in company training to develop knowledge of Managed Print Services, equipment, warehouse processes, and customer support. Assist with additional operational duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Current, valid driver's license. Dependable transportation. A personal vehicle may be used for customer visits and other business-related travel. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business use of a personal vehicle. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. Basic computer skills. Ability to safely lift and move 50+ lbs. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Comfortable working in both customer-facing and warehouse environments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Computer hardware and software experience is a plus. Basic computer networking experience is a plus. Previous customer service, warehouse, inventory, delivery, or equipment experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to meet company drug-testing requirements.
