We strive to deliver high-quality projects that exceed our clients' expectations. As we expand our operations and reach, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable and share our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of residential building and remodeling projects taking responsibility for delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors and vendors, and our team. Document communication in our system.

Scheduling:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules including task dependencies and keep the schedule up to date in our system as work progresses.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials throughout the project. Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Problem Solving:

Work collaboratively and creatively to solve problems.

Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with codes, safety rules, and the plans/specs.

Qualifications:

Actual field experience in residential construction is required . Ability to read and understand plans. Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and codes. Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to solve problems and make decisions. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our project management system. Extra bonus points if you are already familiar with JobTread!
