Job Description
THI, Inc. is a complete home remodeling company and one of the industry leaders in this area for over 30 years. We continue to grow and are seeking new members with a desire to make the Total Family their forever home. Successful candidates will have the ability to independently manage residential renovations from beginning to end with minimal oversight using the resources provided for you. Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of construction & remodeling and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Manage renovations from preconstruction through final punch‑list. Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in‑house crews. Perform material takeoffs and order materials; track deliveries and lead times. Follow job cost sheets and scope of work; manage budgets and change orders. Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners; provide daily/weekly updates and manage expectations. Conduct quality control and ensure jobsite cleanliness and safety.
