WW Ops FP&A is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Transformation professional to join our FP&A organization and drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our finance function. This role will partner closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes, improve reporting and analytics, and implement scalable solutions that enable better decision-making. This role will make a huge impact, not just on the bottom line performance, but on the overall customer experience, making history while having fun along the way! The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A fundamentals with transformation and project management capabilities, bringing the ability to navigate ambiguity, translate complex business needs into practical solutions, and drive initiatives from strategy through implementation. This individual will have meaningful ownership of cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders across levels, and help shape the future-state operating model and technology landscape for FP&A. The right candidate must have process improvement experience, exceptional communication and analytical skills, the ability to connect the financial and technical requirements for building systems and tools, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast paced work environment. As part of the WW Ops FP&A, you will support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions. Key job responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of FP&A processes, including planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and management performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes; develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into scalable tools, systems, and solutions.
- Drive implementation of planning, reporting, and analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reporting that provide actionable insights into business performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Partner with finance leaders to evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives and quantify cost savings, productivity gains, and business value.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations that communicate complex financial and operational insights to senior finance and business leaders.
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and identify additional opportunities to enhance FP&A capabilities. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
