Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential siding and decking projects from start to finish. Responsibilities will include coordinating crews and subcontractors, ordering and scheduling materials, communicating with homeowners, monitoring project progress, addressing job-site needs, and ensuring all work meets company, safety, and quality standards. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications. Manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project scope Prepare detailed cost estimates using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools; manage project budgets effectively Ensure regulatory compliance by understanding local construction regulations and permitting processes Facilitate project meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and update stakeholders on milestones Requirements Proven experience managing construction projects.
