Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated Residentail Electrical Service Manager to lead and help grow our residential service department. We are looking for a go-getter with strong electrical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing service technicians, communicating with customers, estimating service work, and developing relationships with potential customers. What We Offer Competitive Pay - Based on Experience Monthly Performance Bonus Health Insurance 1 Week Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Company Phone Stable, Year-Round Employment Opportunity for Growth Established Local Company Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the electrical service department Supervise, support, and provide direction to service electricians and apprentices Review service calls and ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and efficiently Diagnose electrical issues and assist technicians with troubleshooting when needed Prepare estimates and proposals for electrical repairs and upgrades Communicate with customers regarding recommended repairs, pricing, and scheduling Follow up on estimates and service opportunities Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors, and other potential customers Identify opportunities to grow the service department Ensure technicians provide excellent customer service Monitor job quality, productivity, and profitability Ensure work complies with NEC requirements and applicable local codes Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, materials, customer concerns, and job progress Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Qualifications Strong electrical service and troubleshooting experience Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Previous leadership, supervisory, or service management experience preferred Ability to estimate electrical service and repair work Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple service calls and priorities Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Motivated to help grow and improve the service department Commercial and residential electrical experience is a plus Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with customers, can effectively lead a team, and wants an opportunity where their performance and contribution to the company's growth are recognized and rewarded.
