Compensation:
$40,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises Doing property inspections Performing move-in and move-out inspections Answering tenants' and owners' questions and concerns Dispatching contractors and following up on the progress Collect and adjust the rent Communicate and update the team on new and ending contracts
Qualifications:
