We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily and single family rental properties in the central Arkansas area. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless performance and full compliance with company policies.

Team Development:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of leasing, administrative, and maintenance personnel.

Tenant & Owner Relations:

Deliver exceptional customer service, managing tenant and owner communications, inquiries, and renewals to maximize resident satisfaction and retention.

Financial Performance:

Drive key metrics including occupancy, timely rent collections, delinquency management, and net operating income (NOI) growth.

Budget & Marketing Management:

Develop and track portfolio budgets, control expenses, and execute proactive marketing strategies to minimize vacancies. What You Bring Proven experience as a Property Manager (multifamily and single-family portfolio management preferred). Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, collections, and NOI. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of local property management laws and compliance regulations.

Pay:

From $40,000.00 per year
