Healthy Homes is seeking an initiative-taking, skilled Group Home Manager for one of our residential settings located in Tempe. This manager position will provide support and aid for young women with developmental/intellectual disabilities in a residential setting . The Group Home Manager will have many responsibilities including the coordination of care for our residents as well as the training and supervision of the direct care staff. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years' DD/Behavioral Health experience, computer proficiency in word/excel & great communication/team building skills. Knowledge of DDD regulations is needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and oversee the operations of a group home or residential facility
• Oversee scheduling, and training activities for new and existing employees within the designated area.
• Ensures that the Company timekeeping system is utilized according to company policies and procedures to include timely updating/editing.
• Takes part in developing and implementing individualized service plans or person-centered plans for persons supported and ensures program directives are followed in compliance with State/Federal and local standards and are properly documented.
• Facilitates staff and administrative meetings as well as in-service training.
• Provides direct services in crisis or emergency situations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, finances, and facility operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requirements

Skills:

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices, particularly in a residential setting
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively lead a team and manage staff members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Note:

Experience in home care or a related field is preferred. .

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record & qualify to driver a company vehicle.
• Must have a current valid AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and ability to pass extensive background check.
• Supervisory Experience in DD Residential Settings needed.
• Able to work flexible schedules: weekends, nights, days, evenings, and partial shifts.
• Available by phone for easy access by agency personnel.
