Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowner associations. This role acts as the key liaison between the Board, homeowners, and vendors—ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of community needs
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and third-party service providers. Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence. Assign and follow up on maintenance work orders. Solicit bids and coordinate with contractors and vendors for association services. Process architectural and design review requests in accordance with association guidelines. Monitor and manage compliance notices and violations; prepare related documentation and correspondence. Assist with reviewing financial reports and budgets; identify discrepancies or areas of concern. Prepare and distribute meeting notices, board packets, and minutes as needed. Attend and support community meetings (some evenings may be required). Participate in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in HOA management, property management, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with board members, homeowners, and vendors. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. Competent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Familiarity with HOA software platforms (e.g., Caliber, Vantaca) is a plus.

Full-time Pay:
$6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
