What You'll Do:
Build & Grow Affiliate Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential affiliates and creators. Identify affiliates with the potential to become deeper, long-term Suavecito partners. Provide constructive feedback on affiliate content and identify opportunities to improve messaging, product education, and overall effectiveness. Help affiliates understand how different Suavecito products fit specific customer needs, use cases, and audiences. Create & Maintain Product Briefs Create clear, useful product and campaign briefs that give affiliates the information they need to create effective content. Keep existing briefs updated as products, positioning, promotions, and priorities change. Partner with internal teams to ensure affiliate messaging stays accurate and aligned with the Suavecito brand. Review & Organize Affiliate Content Regularly review content created by Suavecito affiliates and creators. Catalog and organize affiliate content so strong assets can be easily identified and referenced by the team. Identify standout content and creators for potential reposting, amplification, paid opportunities, or deeper partnerships. Track common messaging opportunities, questions, and content trends across the affiliate community. Help maintain visibility into what content is being created and which approaches are resonating. Manage Affiliate Communications Create mass communications that keep affiliates informed, engaged, and excited about what's happening at Suavecito. Communicate upcoming campaigns, product launches, promotions, content opportunities, incentives, and important program updates. Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator/influencer culture. Ability to build genuine relationships with a wide range of personalities and creative professionals. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to communicate product benefits in a clear, natural, and compelling way. Highly organized and comfortable managing a large volume of content, communications, and relationships. Ability to give constructive creative feedback and coach others without taking away from their individual voice. Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product information, campaign messaging, and content. Comfortable balancing relationship-focused work with operational responsibilities. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify promising creators and opportunities without waiting to be asked. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across marketing, social, creative, e-commerce, and other internal teams. Nice to Have Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, community management, social media, or creator partnerships. Our strongest affiliates will feel like genuine partners of the brand, creators will have the tools and guidance they need to produce better content, and our internal team will have greater visibility into the content and opportunities coming from the community. You'll help turn promising affiliates into long-term brand advocates while making it easier for the entire Suavecito creator community to understand what we're focused on, what opportunities are available, and how they can be part of what we're building.
