Role Overview Dedicated RST role only, separate from the Executive Protection team Hybrid operating model: primarily on-residence with occasional local Bay Area travel (driving distance) Maintain a safe, controlled residential environment through presence, observation, and proactive risk mitigation Conduct access control, perimeter monitoring, patrols, and incident response as needed Coordinate closely with household staff, EP personnel, and family office leadership Unarmed, 12-hour shifts; schedule flexibility and professionalism are essential 40+ hour weekly minimum Requirements Military or Law Enforcement background strongly preferred Strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and calm demeanor Prior residential, estate, or protective security experience highly valued Valid driver's license and clean background required
