We're looking for compassionate, organized, and motivated leaders who want a meaningful career while helping individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. If you're passionate about human services, leadership, and advocacy, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Residential Case Manager, you'll oversee up to three residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll work closely with House Managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding client care and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities include:
Lead and supervise House Managers and Direct Support Professionals Coordinate client healthcare, physician appointments, medications, and follow-up care Participate in Individual Service Plan (ISP) development and interdisciplinary team meetings Monitor client health, safety, and quality of life Train, coach, and mentor residential staff Create staffing schedules and assist with shift coverage when needed Conduct facility audits and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations Manage house budgets, client funds, and financial documentation Assist with payroll review and documentation Support licensing visits and quality assurance activities Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records Provide hands-on client support as needed, including personal care, medication administration, recreation, transportation, and activities of daily living What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Compassionate and client-focused An effective leader and coach Organized with strong time management skills Comfortable balancing administrative work with direct client support Committed to providing high-quality services Passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities Two years of supervisory or leadership experience Valid California Driver License with a safe driving record Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Pro-ACT certifications Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile applications Why Join Home of Guiding Hands?We offer:
