The Opportunity Blissful Homes is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and well-rounded individual to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is a hands-on position that combines resident interaction, property operations, leasing support, and field responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while representing Blissful Homes in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs Conducting showings of available rental properties to prospective residents Changing and replacing locks as needed Posting and serving property-related notices to residents Assisting with leasing and general property management operations Communicating professionally with current and prospective residents Managing daily responsibilities efficiently while traveling between properties Representing Blissful Homes with professionalism and excellent customer service Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills and takes initiative in their work. Previous sales or customer service experience is highly valued , along with the ability to communicate confidently with a wide variety of people. Property management experience is not required. Blissful Homes provides on-the-job training and is willing to invest in the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Requirements Valid Colorado driver's license Reliable personal transportation Ability to successfully complete a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time-management and organizational abilities Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Reliable computer access and internet Comfortable working independently and interacting with residents and prospective tenants Sales or customer service experience preferred Join a Growing Company This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in real estate and property management while joining a rapidly growing, locally owned company.
