Position Description Summary/Purpose The property manager is responsible for the full-cycle management of a mixed-use portfolio of approximately 300 commercial and residential properties. This is a role requiring demonstrated expertise in both commercial lease administration and residential property management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to maintain compliance across a multi-entity portfolio.

Collects and records rent and follow-up on delinquencies, track rent collections and delinquency aging Manage prospective tenant outreach, property tours, and leasing inquiries for vacant unit Coordination of tenant move-ins and move-outs including unit inspections, and turnover scheduling Maintain an active waitlist of qualified prospective tenants and manage the application and tenant screening process Monitor and enforce lease terms, renewals and tenant obligations Respond to and resolve tenant issues and service requests in a professional and timely manner Support annual budget preparation and mid-year forecasting across all managed entities Manage the full eviction process including proper documentation, legal coordination, and court filings, when approved Conducts all work in a safe manner and ensures all work safety practices are followed.
