Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit is required—candidates must present proof; those with permits in process may provide a DEEDS portal screenshot. Willingness to pay for $85 criminal background check (fingerprinting), confirmed before proceeding. Prior experience in a school or classroom as a paraprofessional is highly valued. Strong commitment to supporting young students in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. RBT-certified applicants must arrange any external BCBA supervision themselves, as it is not provided onsite. Two positions available, so team players are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on support to Kindergarten classrooms, working collaboratively with educators and staff to meet student needs.
