Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, The Dunes Apartments is a vibrant coastal community that offers residents comfort, convenience, and a true Florida lifestyle. We're seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to join our team and help ensure that The Dunes continues to be a place residents love to call home. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your property management career in a professional, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Support daily office operations, reporting, and workflow organization Take the lead when the Community Manager is unavailable Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and ensure unit readiness Assist in onboarding and training staff on leasing best practices, Fair Housing, and customer service standards ️ Leasing & Resident Relations Support leasing and renewal efforts to meet or exceed occupancy goals Provide professional, friendly service to residents and prospects Help organize and promote community events and resident engagement initiatives Foster a warm, welcoming environment for all residents and visitors Financial & Administrative Duties Assist with rent collection, late notices, and legal filings as needed Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, resident files, and invoices Utilize property management software (ResMan preferred) to track and report performance metrics
What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ year in property management, leasing, or administrative support preferred
Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
Software:
Familiarity with property management platforms (ResMan a plus)
Knowledge:
Understanding of Fair Housing laws and rental regulations
Flexibility:
Weekend availability and ability to assist during emergencies as needed
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
What We Offer Full-Time Position:
Consistent schedule with Saturday availability required
Hourly Pay:
$19-$21/hour based on experience
Incentives:
Earn an additional $4-$5/hour through commissions and leasing bonuses
