Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Resident Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between residents and property management. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, comprehensive knowledge of property management tools, and a thorough understanding of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance resident satisfaction, streamline lease processes, and support property operations through effective communication and administrative expertise. The Resident Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in fostering positive community relationships and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards. Duties Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professional. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while maintaining detailed records . Assist in resolving conflicts between residents or staff through effective conflict management strategies while maintaining a positive community environment. Support property management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client communication logs to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with property amenities, upselling opportunities, and community events that enhance resident engagement. Monitor property maintenance requests in Maintenance Management System to ensure timely resolution and resident satisfaction. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards during all interactions with residents, prospects, and vendors. Qualification Must Be Able to read,write, speak and understand English languaje Proficiency in property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships. Experience with property maintenance coordination, facilities management, and budgeting is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and contract management tasks. Effective communication skills including negotiation techniques and office etiquette to support client relationships and team collaboration. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
