Title:
Assistant Property Manager FLSA Status:

Exempt Job Summary:
Assist the property manager in the daily operation of the property
Essential Duties/Expectations:
  • Processes rent collections and security deposits
  • Responsible for property in the absence of the Property Manager
  • Assists with marketing
  • Handles lease renewals
  • Handles all aspects of prospective residents, to include making of appointments, verifications of applicant information, telephone interview, apartment viewing, traffic follow-up and home visits
  • Processes bills
  • Processes work orders and logs
  • Maintains tenant accounts
  • Processes move-ins and move-out inspections.
  • Makes unit inspections as needed
  • Assists manager with clerical work
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the
Manager Minimum Requirements:
Education /
Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Industry related courses
  • 1-5 years of customer service, social services or other type of position that requires public contact
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate group programs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to deal with public
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid driver's license & proof of insurance
Job Type:

$17.00 per hour
