Job Description
Commercial Property Manager Do you love helping people? Are you 1% better than yesterday? Does growth excite you? If so, you'll fit right in. NAI Heritage and its predecessors have led Ocala's commercial market for 50 years, and today we're building North-Central Florida's best-run commercial real estate portfolio. Owners hire us to grow the value of their assets, so when you see the opportunity, you get it done. You'll likely start with ten to fifteen office, retail, and light industrial assets — roughly 250,000 square feet. Commercial experience is required. If your background is entirely residential, multifamily, or community associations, we're going to pass. We need commercial expertise to drive properties forward.
Pay:
