Job Description

Marriott is seeking a Residences Concierge Lead to oversee day-to-day concierge operations in a luxury residential setting. This role ensures each resident receives personalized, high-touch service by coordinating reservations, transportation, deliveries, and special requests. The Concierge Lead supervises and trains concierge staff, sets schedules, and models Marriott's people-first culture, service excellence, and integrity. Partnering closely with front desk, housekeeping, security, and local vendors, this leader resolves issues quickly, manages VIP experiences, and maintains a polished, welcoming lobby environment while upholding safety, privacy, and brand standards. Responsibilities Lead concierge services for residential guests, ensuring a high level of personalized hospitality Coordinate reservations, transportation, deliveries, and special requests for residents Supervise and mentor concierge team members, scheduling and delegating daily tasks Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback Liaise with front desk, housekeeping, security, and external vendors to resolve issues Maintain detailed records of resident preferences, requests, and service follow-ups Train staff on Marriott service standards, local area knowledge, and safety procedures Monitor lobby and residence areas to ensure a welcoming, secure, and polished environment Handle VIP arrivals, events, and complex service needs with discretion Track service metrics and report operational or service issues to management Required Skills Hospitality operations Front desk and concierge systems Customer service and conflict resolution Team leadership and staff training Scheduling and workforce coordination Local area and vendor knowledge Written and verbal communication Problem-solving and decision-making Recordkeeping and reporting Security and guest privacy protocols
