Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the supervisor in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and team efficiency. Duties
  • Maintain constant communication with direct supervisor regarding completion of delegated tasks
  • Keep direct supervisor informed of your whereabouts and maintain a means of communication during the weekday and when on-call
  • Assist staff when there is a shortage of shift duty or as needed
  • Read all communication sent y staff and make recommendations to the facility supervisor as needed.
  • Notify the facility supervisor of any unusual events or concerns as they occur within the building or with a resident
  • Maintain the appointment calendar, arrange transportation as directed and assure all residents are groomed and ready for each appointment. Attend appointments as directed.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff and residents
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience the assisted living setting a plus
  • Certifications in Assistance with Medications and CPR/First Aid a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to be a self starter as well as work well in a team setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
