May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Property Manager - Legacy Farm (Stonefort, IL) Legacy Farm is a premier wedding venue and event estate in Stonefort, Illinois. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Property Manager to help keep our grounds and buildings in top condition for weddings, events, and guests. About the Role As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our estate — making sure every corner of the property looks its best for guests and events, and that all buildings and equipment are well-maintained. Responsibilities Mow, trim, and maintain all lawn and yard areas on a regular schedule Perform landscaping upkeep, including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and general grounds beautification Complete general maintenance and light repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment Clean and prep event spaces, venue buildings, and common areas before and after events Monitor property condition and proactively address maintenance needs Coordinate with venue staff to ensure grounds and facilities are event-ready Handle seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf cleanup, storm debris, etc.) Perform basic troubleshooting/repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) or coordinate with outside contractors as needed Qualifications Prior experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred Comfortable using lawn/landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Basic maintenance and repair skills Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Able to work some weekends around wedding/event schedules Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A beautiful, peaceful work environment Flexible scheduling around event calendar Interested candidates can apply directly or visit www.legacyfarmstonefort.com to learn more about Legacy Farm.
