Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the lease-up and ongoing operations of a brand-new 72-unit LIHTC community. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new property from day one and help establish strong systems, resident relationships, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day operations of a 72-unit tax credit property Lead and execute lease-up efforts, including marketing, applicant screening, and move-ins Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations, tenant certifications, and recertifications Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and enforce lease terms Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee property condition Respond professionally to resident concerns and inquiries Prepare reports, track occupancy, and meet performance goals Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies Qualifications Previous LIHTC / Tax Credit property management experience required Lease-up or new construction experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge LIHTC compliance Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the property Proficient with property management software and basic office technology What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to manage a brand-new community Supportive ownership and growing portfolio Long-term growth potential If you are detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and passionate about creating a well-run community from the ground up, we encourage you to apply.
