Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Conduct diagnostic testing on HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment to identify issues quickly and accurately. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for all equipment repairs and scheduled upkeep. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or parts transportation as needed. Lead small teams or assist other technicians during complex repairs or installations to ensure timely completion. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures related to HVAC & appliance technology. Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and perform repairs promptly. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Leadership qualities that support teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department are a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have your own power tools.
