• As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of our apartment community. You'll oversee property operations, manage budgets, and develop a dynamic team to maintain a thriving residential environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Direct property operations and staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and manage the annual budget to maintain targeted occupancy.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Handle applications, re-certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise financial operations, including rent collection and delinquency management.
• Lead marketing and leasing activities to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure community rules are enforced and maintain strong resident relations.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management.
