Our client is a leading national Property Management company that oversees a variety of apartment complexes. They are currently seeking an experienced Lead Property Manager for a stunning 550-resident apartment complex in West Bloomfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a minimum of 300 units with at least 6 direct reports, and preferably have expertise in renovating older units.
