Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced leasing/resident relations employee to join one of our clients team at (1) of the properties in Stillwater, MN (55082). The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in affordable housing leasing

•new leases and recertifications are required. Tax credit experience is required. This role is contracted and expected to last 6 months in length. This role will be working with 120 units

•Tax credit and section 8.

Salary:

$24

•25/hour DOQ.

Schedule:

830AM

•5PM. Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations and property maintenance. Manage delinquencies, renewals, leases to meet company goals Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues through effective facilities management. Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property documents through diligent data entry. Support the management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with leasing team to promote available units and assist in leasing efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years in Property Management experience

•lease up experience is highly preferred. Must have Section 42/Tax Credit/Affordable property experience Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong Yardi experience is required. Must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Maintain professional office environment. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check.
