Full-Time Holcomb Behavioral Health Services - 3.0 Collingswood, NJ Job Details Full-time $25 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Personal transportation assistance Van driving Full Job Description Case Manager — Residential Recovery Program Collingswood , NJ| $25/hour | Full-Time Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a case manager with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures — all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4-5 residents. Shifts Available Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM with rotating weekends What You'll Do Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van Administer medications in line with DPW standards Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments Keep accurate documentation and billable service records Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals What You'll Bring Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset Comfort managing a small caseload (4-5 residents) Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents Why Chimes?
