What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using the dish machine Store clean china, glassware, and silverware properly between meal services Follow food safety standards for chemical handling, dish machine use, and waste disposal Keep the dish room, kitchen, and storage areas clean and organized Help the culinary team get meals to residents on time
