We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and working closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure smooth property management. Overview We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of multiple residential communities, build positive relationships with residents and board members, and help ensure efficient property management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in property management within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of assigned communities. Respond promptly and professionally to client and resident emails and phone calls. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support maintenance and community projects. Attend Board Meetings as needed and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up. Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks related to property operations. Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette for client interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Experience in conflict management and team coordination within a property management setting Previous experience in property management field (or related) required
Pay:
$24.04 - $25.48 per hour
