We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is highly detailed and organized. Someone who is a self starter and can manage a number of high volume and prioritization of tasks at a time.
Some Job Duties include:
Report directly to Management Manage all aspects of property management Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Review all correspondence to be sent from office. Provide assistance with tenant ledger reconciliations. Compile and review all new tenancy applications- Including information for housing programs File tenant legal actions, attend scheduled court day. Schedule and attend showing for apartments Manage and maintain all municipality and state requirements- including filing and scheduling for all require inspections, and/or annual certifications Collect and schedule payments for current and past tenants
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft suite Candidate should have strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, and a team player Spanish speaking and writing required High attention to detail and organization
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour
