You must possess a Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit This position consists of all aspects of residential property management leasing. Previous experience in residential property management and leasing required. Strong experience writing and administering residential leases. Experience processing rental applications and tenant screening. Knowledge of MLS listings and property marketing . Experience with rent processing and lease renewals. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and tenants simultaneously. The ideal candidate is an experienced property management professional who understands the leasing process from start to finish, is comfortable working independently, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service to owners and tenants.
