RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Greet residents upon entering the property management office. Administrative tasks such as preparing packets for future residents. Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements, and employment and credit checks). Setting up billing for new tenants and ensuring apartments are move in ready by inspecting each unit.

QUALIFICATIONS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

High school degree or equivalent. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that could have increased stress levels. Knowledge of PC-based software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
