40 hours per week 2:00pm-10:30pm $21.50/hr Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vison Insurance Plans Available

RESPONSIBILITES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assistance with emergency situations, supervision of all direct care personnel on duty, employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, ensuring all cleaning duties and documentation are completed each shift, assuming a direct care position when necessary, shared On Call responsibilities, and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential setting for adults with disabilities, have a working knowledge of Medicaid and Licensure regulations, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Must also be a facility driver (less than 5 points on the record), certified in CPR/FA, and have a high school diploma/GED.
