Job Description

Utility Hartville, OH | 1st & 2nd Shift | $14-$15/hr Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? We're hiring Utility Associates to support our manufacturing team in Hartville, OH. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Clean and maintain workstations, walls, common areas, and production spaces. Remove trash and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Support production by supplying machines with the correct resins, colorants, and packaging materials. Move finished products, wrap skids, and prepare materials for shipment or storage. Scan and track inventory movements to ensure accurate material flow. Assist production and warehouse teams with general support duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.
