Job Description

Key Property Services, Inc. continues to expand and innovate as one of the largest property management companies in Clark County and is now be managing in OR. We are looking for an experienced, professional and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team in Fairview.

Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
Commensurate with experience and skills Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed. Education and/or
Experience:
2 years previous experience as Assistant Manager (Preferred) Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing:
(Preferred) Current real estate license is beneficial. Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.
