Manage staffing schedules, coverage plans, call-offs, time-off requests, and staffing emergencies. Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential homes and ensure quality service delivery. Participate in consumer planning meetings and coordinate services that support individual goals and needs. Respond appropriately to incidents and crisis situations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Monitor medications, health-related concerns, and communication with agency nursing staff. Manage site budgets, consumer funds, and household expenditures. Ensure all required documentation, records, and reports are completed accurately and on time. Maintain licensing, regulatory, health, and safety compliance standards. Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of residential properties and program vehicles. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a related field supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use recovery. Previous supervisory or management experience in a group home or residential setting. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email and electronic documentation systems. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and state-required insurance coverage. Ability to successfully complete required background clearances and employment screenings. CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain after hire. Preferred Knowledge of state and federal residential regulations. Experience with behavioral support, crisis intervention, and medication administration. Budget management experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and residential service delivery systems. Schedule Full-Time Primarily Monday through Friday schedule Position requires flexibility to respond to staffing needs, emergencies, and program operations outside of scheduled hours as needed On-call responsibilities may be required Eligible for overtime as approved Physical Requirements Ability to lift, bend, reach, stand, walk, and assist individuals as needed. Ability to navigate stairs and multiple residential settings. Ability to drive to program locations and community appointments.
