The Floating Assistant Community Manager provides administrative, leasing, compliance, resident-service, and operational support to Pheasant Run Apartments and Montgomery Park Apartments. This position is designed to provide consistent support across both communities, maintain compliance readiness, assist with occupancy goals, and provide coverage during staff absences, vacancies, high-volume periods, and special projects. Process applications, move-ins, move-outs, annual recertifications, interim recertifications, and required third-party verifications Maintain accurate and complete affordable-housing files in accordance with applicable HUD, LIHTC, PHFA, company, and property requirements Support leasing activity, applicant follow-up, waiting-list functions, resident communications, and occupancy efforts Assist with file audits, compliance corrections, document collection, Yardi updates, and preparation for agency or internal reviews Conduct or assist with unit, common-area, and property inspections and support NSPIRE/inspection preparation and follow-up Coordinate resident-service matters with the Community Manager and maintenance team and provide professional, timely customer service Provide office coverage during vacations, leaves, vacancies, staffing shortages, and other operational needs Assist the Regional Manager and site teams with special projects, deadlines, reporting, training support, and other duties as assigned The position will rotate weekly between two properties. One week will consist of three (3) days at one community and two (2) days at the other; the following week the schedule will reverse. This alternating rotation will continue unless otherwise directed by the Regional Manager based on operational needs. Regular travel between assigned communities is required.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
