Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation

Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals

Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency Requirements Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Knowledge of property management software preferred

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
