Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven leasing manager to help lead leasing operations at our Nashville LIHTC communities. In this role, you will oversee the entire leasing process from marketing available units to qualifying applications, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service and a comprehensive understanding of LIHTC compliance rules. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacant units and maintaining an active pipeline of prospective residents Show vacant units, respond to inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about lease terms Handle resident screening processes including background checks, credit reports, income verification and rental history checks in a timely and persistent manner Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management Strong leadership, management and communication skills Proficiency in property management software Excellent understanding of leasing and marketing Tax credit or affordable housing experience required Understanding of LIHTC compliance standards Hurd Real Estate Associates, LLC is a family-owned management company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
