Position Summary Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience and a solid background administering and maintaining compliance for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, maintaining resident satisfaction, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and achieving the property's financial goals. Essential Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community. Manage leasing activities and occupancy goals. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies. Conduct resident file reviews and ensure proper documentation. Supervise office and maintenance personnel. Prepare and manage operating budgets. Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and accounts receivable. Coordinate property inspections and compliance audits. Maintain positive resident relations and address resident concerns. Work closely with ownership, regional management, and compliance staff. Ensure the property is maintained in a safe, attractive, and marketable condition. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of apartment property management experience . Minimum of 2 years of LIHTC/Tax Credit experience . Strong knowledge of income certifications, recertifications, and compliance requirements. Experience with property management software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), or similar certification preferred. Experience with HUD, HOME, Section 8, or Rural Development programs is a plus.
