Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

Property Manager Position Available for Apartment Complexes and single family Homes in Beeville TX. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various commercial properties. In this position, you will work with leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property by thorough inspections and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least one-five years of property management experience. Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities Negotiate lease contracts Collect rent, utility, and other payments Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.) Maintain and update property records Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications 1-5+ years of property management or related experience Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules Excellent communication skills Must be able to work alone, be able to do make readies, and be courteous to tenants, must have driver's license Do not apply if you do drugs, do not apply if you cannot show up on time, do not apply if you do not want to work daily.
