Position Summary:
As a property manager, you will be responsible for supporting the property management team in a very fast-paced environment. Your role will include organizational tasks, communication with owners, vendors and tenants, and property inspections.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations of the Property Management Department. Maintain and organize property management files and records. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks. Learn and utilize user-friendly real estate software programs. Conduct property inspections and quality control using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed at IRS rates). Support in managing third-party vendor services to ensure quality standards are met.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to quickly learn new software programs related to real estate. Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be willing to travel to various properties.Benefits:

Must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas Proficiency in accounting or property management systems is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills Maintain regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and be available for after-hours emergencies. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Have a reliable vehicle and a smart phone available to use for business activities. Knowledge of the local rental market and landlord-tenant laws in Harker Heights and the greater Fort Hood areaJob Type:
