Job Description

Description Manage the Association's day-to-day operations and administrative functions Serve as the primary management contact for the Board and property owners Coordinate community maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and capital projects Manage vendors, contractors, contracts, bids, and service performance Assist with annual budgeting, financial administration, assessments, and invoices Support Board meetings, annual meetings, special meetings, elections, and voting Maintain Association records, governing documents, contracts, and correspondence Assist with enforcement and compliance procedures as directed by the Board Coordinate special projects and provide regular updates to the Board Communicate proactively regarding operational issues, deadlines, projects, and community needs
Qualifications Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Experience working with vendors and contractors Experience with budgets, invoices, contracts, or financial administration Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
5+ years of community association management experience Texas HOA/POA experience Experience managing 500+ lots Annual association budget and reserve funds Experience with special assessments and capital projects CAI certification or related professional training What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be a professional, organized, proactive, and service-oriented manager who takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through on commitments, communicates effectively, and knows when to handle an issue independently and when to seek Board direction.
