Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

You'll work directly alongside one of our Property Managers to oversee approximately 300-350 residential homes.

Build positive relationships with residents Coordinate lease renewals Communicate with owners and residents Coordinate maintenance requests Schedule vendors and inspections Process move-ins and move-outs Prepare lease documents Maintain accurate records in AppFolio Help create an exceptional resident experience

Qualifications:
