  • Property Manager
  • Overview:
  • Join our team as a Property Manager where you will oversee the daily operations and management of our properties. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for property management and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Duties:
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations and company standards
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct property viewings and lease signings
  • Utilize effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
  • Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and eviction processes when necessary
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and contract management
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
  • Ability to handle conflict management situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Sales skills for upselling additional services or amenities
