Are you willing to make a difference? Come get paid to support, model, plan and participate in helping individuals with disabilities to live their best life! Pay based on experience $18- 21 Shifts to start: 3pm
- 11pm Sunday
- Thursday or Tuesday
- Saturday 9am
- 3pm Saturday or Sunday also available
General Responsibilities:
Assist with individual physical care and behavioral support in their homes Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment Complete daily documentation Supervision and support of staff Transport individuals to doctor appointments (company vehicle if needed) Build your schedule with the availability of staff Shift coverage assistance to staff or filling shift is necessaryRequirements:
